We source from Ethiopia's premier growing regions: Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, Harar, Limu, and Jimma/Kaffa. Each region has distinct flavor characteristics. Browse our shop to explore each origin.

Our coffee is freshly roasted and sealed in resealable bags with one-way degassing valves to preserve freshness and aroma until you're ready to brew.

We offer Washed (clean, bright acidity), Natural (fruity, full-bodied), and Honey (balanced sweetness) processed coffees. Each product page shows its processing method and tasting notes.

Yes! Depending on availability, we offer Organic (USDA/EU), Fair Trade, and Rainforest Alliance certified coffees.

We ship across Canada via Canada Post and courier partners. Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days, with express options available for select areas.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time through our shipping partner's website.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Every batch is cupped and graded to SCA standards before roasting. We roast in small batches to maintain consistency and freshness. Each bag includes a roast date so you know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
