All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 12pm EST are typically processed the same day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Canadian customers: If your order total is more than CAD $50, our system will automatically qualify you for free shipping. Free shipping terms may change from time to time and will be announced on the top of the website.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard Shipping (3–5 business days).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
We currently ship to addresses in all provinces and territories across Canada.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery of your order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@ethiopianbeans.ca. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days at hello@ethiopianbeans.ca with your order number and photos. We will do our best to make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
For packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
