At Ethiopian Beans, we take great care to ensure every order is freshly roasted and carefully packaged. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.
If there is any damage to the product packaging or contents of your delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at hello@ethiopianbeans.ca. Send your order number, a photo of the damaged goods, and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to make it right.
